Return & Refund Policy

Returns Policy:

At Fierce, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we are here to assist you. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns for store credit only within 15 days of purchase, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition, with all tags attached and the hangtag still on.
For the SECOND SKIN range, exchanges are accepted within a period of 7 days.

To initiate a return, please email us at
sales@fierce-sportswear.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that the store credit will be validated after we receive the item(s) and verify that they are still in perfect condition.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at  sales@fierce-sportswear.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the desired size or color. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item(s). Please note that we do not offer exchanges for different products.

Defective Items:

We take quality control seriously and thoroughly inspect each item before shipping it out. However, if you receive a defective item or there is a quality issue, please contact us at  sales@fierce-sportswear.com within 15 days of receiving the item(s) and provide us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will offer you the following options:

Exchange: If we have the same item in stock, we will ship a replacement item to you free of charge. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the amount paid for the item.

Return: If you do not wish to exchange the item, we will provide a free return shipping label and issue a store credit for the amount paid for the item.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on purchases, only store credit. Additionally, we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received is defective or there is a quality issue.

Incorrect Orders:

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us at  sales@fierce-sportswear.com within 15 days of receiving the item(s) and provide us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will offer you the following options:

Exchange: If we have the correct item in stock, we will ship the correct item to you free of charge. If the correct item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the amount paid for the item.

Return: If you do not wish to exchange the item, we will provide a free return shipping label and issue a store credit for the amount paid for the item.

Store Credit:

All approved returns will receive a store credit only. The credit will be issued for the full amount of the returned item(s) minus any applicable discounts or promotions. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

Please note that store credit is only valid for one month starting from the date of issuance. 

Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item(s) unless it was defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. We do not reimburse for any shipping costs.
